I had my hair and makeup done at Rituals for my wedding. My stylist was Tiffany and she was absolutely fantastic. Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about her. She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted, even when I changed my mind a few times. There were also several times that I left decisions up to her and told her to do what she thought would look good and she made amazing choices each time and I absolutely loved what she did. I was only scheduled for one hair and makeup trial, and then the day-of, but she was able to squeeze me in when I got second thoughts about my makeup a week before the wedding, so I was able to get a second makeup trial. And, on top of all this, she was super friendly and awesome to talk to! I found the prices to be extremely reasonable and I absolutely loved the way I looked. One of the things I appreciated the most was when, on the day of my wedding, Tiffany was 100% devoted to making me look as beautiful as possible, but I ultimately felt unsure about my hairdo, so I very nervously went back to the salon to ask her if she could fix one part of it, and Tiffany said it was absolutely no problem, she didn't feel insulted at all, and that it was an easy fix. Within 5 minutes I was back out the door and my hair was perfect. I really, really appreciated that, since I felt so bad for asking her to fix something after she had done such an amazing job, so the fact that she fixed it perfectly and wasn't upset about it at all was really great. Thank you, Tiffany! I will definitely be back to Rituals Salon.
